The service is not the best, they take care of you as if to send you away and if you ask questions they have zero patience with you

The nursery has beautiful things and the staff is very good. My rating is due to the fact that I had a problem buying in the online store. This happened on 11/2 and remains unresolved, unfortunately. Buy a plant through the online store paying through a money transfer with Mercadopago. They contacted me from the store informing me that that plant was no longer available and they canceled my purchase. Supposedly they requested the refund immediately through the cloud store, but the platform never returned that money to me. I contacted them repeatedly reporting this situation and as of today, there is still no resolution. A week ago they asked me for my alias to make the transfer, but the sum has still not been deposited into my account (I sent screenshots of my movements in Mercadopago so they can verify that what I say is true). Beyond the money, I think it is a lack of respect for the customer because at the end of the day they would be keeping money that does not belong to them initially due to a mistake on their part because I made the purchase and the page said that there was stock, when in reality there were no units left of the plant. I have been a customer for a long time, and the truth is, the place disappointed me, a shame.

I went to buy a succulent with a pot as a gift, the man who helped me was very nice and pleasant, he delicately transplanted the plant into its new pot and put the bow with the decoration on it, it looked beautiful, I will be coming back to make more gifts like this, thank you very much!!
