We are general public customers, where our landscaper suggested we have a look at the plants they recommended.

To day we We were Very disappoined, is an understatement, especially with the lack of service. We Made clear why we were there. It was not about price, which unfortunately one of staff couldn't understand! ( I won't shame this person, even though, she yelled at us and said she couldn't help us) But simply we were after a second opinion and advice of what our landscaper had recommended.

This isn't about shaming the business, it about helping their customer service, and improving their service.

As a result of our treatment today, 14/2/25, we have insisted our landscaper use an alternative wholesaler.

Still not listening, you knew our questions were about the plants recommended and still chose to act that way, Please take independent feedback onboard, this is why there's feedback to help you as a business. The way you treated us was appalling ( Could've been handled bettter, and the alleged abusive language justified your actions, really!! ) Good luck..

This place is very good but sorry they don’t sell plants to general public. I couldn’t buy any.
