Very unprofessional employees, tooo much chaose on radio, dont know who is talking with who, no work ethics, abusive behaviour of loader, you gies should have two radio channels one for down and one for upside area, so it doesnt creat misunderstanding with trucks drivers, and loader and should work on civil tongue / language , we all employees working at mammoth have same issues with this quarie.
