Very slow processing orders (that they wonβt tell you about this before ordering). 14 days is crazy to pick a simple order. They also sent me a blackberry rather than the raspberry I paid for, which is proving difficult to remove now itβs established.

I have been a member for a number of years and over the past 18 to 24 months I have moved a few times. I have updated my address to my current address multiple times to Adelaide SA and it keeps putting my magazine delivery back to Prahran in Melbourne. We even went to the shop at the Botanical Gardens in Adelaide to sort this out. I was assured that it would be corrected but 10 months down the track, Nothing has been fixed or communicated... And to top it all off, I have renewed my membership for another couple of years without receiving a single magazine. I look forward to receiving it... Now I'm not so sure if i'll be continuing... Stocked up on seeds as with walker getting to Botanic Gardens a bit of a pain. No more space on patio for giving into temptation of wide range of seedlings.

Oh so devastated - ordered my Chester blackberries but had to wait until they came in then once in I paid. Never heard another thing. Ages later randomly went into post office (we live in country so special trip to town for mail) to find they had been sitting in their box (so itβs dark) for 2 weeks. They are stressed or dead. π’π’π’π’
