Very disappointed. I sent messages to the company on WhatsApp, direct messages on Instagram, and tried to call countless times, but I never got a response. I wanted to request delivery or at least reserve some plants, because I have very limited hours due to work. It turns out that I never received a response, so I went in person at the only available time I had, and I don't know if that was the problem (I imagine the best ones sell out earlier, which is why I wanted to reserve or request delivery). When I got there, many of the plants were in very bad shape, especially the ones I was interested in. I went in vain (which I was afraid of) and came back with nothing.

Every time I've been to the Outlet, I've never been able to leave without taking a plant with me. My tip is to keep an eye on their Instagram to see what new plants are coming. Soraya was very helpful, she seemed to know a lot about plants and gave me great tips on how to grow plants!

Soraia took great care of me, she was very attentive! The place has very affordable prices and very well looked after plants, with many varieties! 10 out of 10!

Fabiano's incredible service!! He assembled our pots with the greatest care and affection, as well as advising us on care and the best plants. We loved the result!!!
