Update: Omg according to Garden express my plants are travel weary. What rubbish. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am done with them!
I was a big fan of garden express and had placed a number of orders with them. Not any more. I bought 6 salvias recently. 3 arrived completely dead. I got a refund for these plants. The other 3 arrived but not in great shape. Given the condition of them, there is no way I would have bought them if I was in a nursery. I was shocked that they would have sent me 3 dead plants and 3 plants not in great condition. Very sadly Garden Express will only refund me for the dead plants not the ones in crappy condition. So they have lost a long term customer over $21!!!! How short sighted of them.

Good, healthy plants dispatched so that they would arrive quickly and not be stranded in an Australia Post facility over a weekend. All of the plants I have bought from Garden Express have grown well and are a joy to have in my garden. Thank you Garden Express and staff. Great work.

Decided to invest in some dahlias from a reliable supplier that I had bought from before - Garden Express. Not only were the dahlias in prime condition and individually packed and labelled, but the time frame for delivery was excellent. I will be back again and smart gardeners across Australia should be looking at their website for their next garden plant purchase.

2 out of 3 roses are dead !!! One of them arrived dead in the box with the delivery ! Now another one in the garden where in the last few months we planted more than 10 roses and different fruit trees and all of them thriving a part from their roses! I’m sorry but I’m not happy at all especially because they were my anniversary gift!

For years I've been buying plants from Garden Express when I was living in Victoria, also sent some to families in QLD and now in NSW. Long overdue a review, and it has been a positive journey all these years. Also note that Garden Express standby their warranties. I had some buys that some of the plants never took off and was refunded without question.
Am always lookout what's on offer with Garden Express to spice up the garden for my partner. Thank you for your services. :)
