Prices are ridiculously high for donated goods. You used to be able to find good value for the used items that they get for free. New management in 2025 has ruined the tip.

The front desk staffs are really rude. This is the worst customer service that I’ve never seen before. Please train them how to talk to people before giving them a job.

The website states open at 7 am. Guard opened gate at 7am. No other facility opened at 7am. Website needs to provide accurate details for customers to work effectively. 🤷♂️

The facility is decent, reasonably clean and convenient to use. The staff however, specially the front desk staff can be exceptionally unsophisticated, rude, uncouth and lacking any form of basic manners. Would strongly recommend assigning front desk staff who have been trained not to behave in a way to make the client feel they are dealing with a piece of garbage.
