First time in this branch, terrible service in the butcher shop, they gave me more fat than meat in a cut that should be cleaned accordingly

I stopped shopping there a while ago because they always add extra fat or the butchers are rude to me.
Yesterday, after a long time, I went back to buy something because it's close to home. I ordered a round steak, and it came with a literal layer of fat. They always do the same thing. From the 1kg round steak, 200g of fat. A disaster. I'll never go back to that branch again.

When you walk in it smells like rotten meat, they have good prices and good products, but when I was about to pay I realized there was a promotion with the BNA mode and I told the cashier that I wanted to cancel the small purchase I was carrying to buy more things and that everything would be in the same purchase and she didn't want to cancel it to buy more merchandise because she told me that they were giving her a hard time and I insisted that she please cancel it so I could buy more merchandise along with what I was carrying. And to take advantage of the promotion, she said no, so I had to leave all the merchandise there at the register and leave. I'm not going back to that place anymore. Unfortunately, I prefer to go to another Benedetti farm, for example the one in front of Carrefour.
