I wanted to buy some David Austin or Hybrid Tea roses online but website said all were OUT of STOCK. I emailed them to inquire and was told they had some. I phoned next day and spoke to Nadella ? who didn't have a clue about how to attend to the anomaly I spoke about. Gardenworld need to employ retail assistants who communicate with clear English and who are able to help customers, and provide a better service. And when I went to Register online as a customer there was a glitch.

Incredible! I felt like I should've paid just to walk in... We needed to find a particular rose for the mother in law and thank goodness we found Suzie. She told all about the variety', how to care for them, she took an interest in the location of where the roses would be planted, asked questions about adequate sunlight etc. We learned so much just in that time alone with Suzie and walked out knowing we bought the right roses. Thanks to all staff and particular thanks to the lovely Suzie - made it that extra special for us

OMG! LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT GARDEN WORLD! GARDEN WORLD IS SO MUCH MORE THAN GARDENS! IT'S GOT ROCKS, AND CRYSTALS, AND EVEN METEORITES! THERE'S REAL DINOSAUR TEETH AND MORE CRYSTALS... LIKE BIG ONES, THE LIKES YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE! THERE'S OF COURSE PLANTS, BUT THERE'S CHAIRS AND POTS AND FOUNTAINS AND MORE PLANTS! there's a cafe there where the coffee isn't great BUT!! THEY'VE GOT LIFE SIZE DINOSAURs ALBEIT THE SMALLER TYPE. LISTEN, IF YOU HAVEN'T VISITED GARDEN WORLD THEN YOU REALLY NEED TO MAKE SOME TIME, .. AND VISIT GARDEN WORLD! I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!! IF I COULD GIVE 6 STARS I WOULD, BUT WE DON'T LIVE IN A PERFECT WORLD!

Oh my, I love this place so much! I could spend all day here. I intended to buy just a shoe pot but purchased more succulents and orchids. They have various succulents for collectors and different orchids for those who love them, like me. The displays are impressive, showcasing a vast range of plants that cater to individual preferences. I particularly love the crystal display, bonsai, and rare collectible plants. There's also an outdoor nursery and a licensed cafe on site. It can get hectic during the day, especially on weekends, so I recommend coming early for easier parking.

This place has such a wide variety of trees, plants, and pots perfect for decorating your home. Iβve never seen a place so well-maintainedβit was a real joy to look around and made my day!
