Be aware they don’t recycle (as they advertise), it’s going in to landfill! Minimum charge $30+tax.

So after supporting this company since 2016 and always paying our account on time we received a email from the account's receivable department telling us our account was past due by 1 DAY, our office manager sent an apology stating that our new office girl made a slight error and that she has sent the payment thru smart banking.
The email response back from X's stated the following. " Please let this serve as notice that we are closing accounts that aren't giving us 5k month in sales and as well slow payment accounts will be closed as well.
I called the office to tell them about what went on with this woman and the so called " controller " said yes this is the new policy. I find this to be very unprofessional for a company to act like this to anyone and to employ staff who treat people like this after all these years supporting them.
I am going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this company for conducting business so poorly.
If this company had sense, not only are they going to lose customers with this new business policy but their going to lose a lot more money when people have to pay with there credit cards as the credit card company takes there fees..
Good Luck to them! Closing my account!!!
