Terrible service!!!
When I arrived at the store, there were no customers being served, and more than 5 employees were talking to each other and none of them were able to help me.
When I arrived at the checkout, there was no one there, I waited about 2 minutes for someone to come and check out my purchases. Disappointing!

I always shop at this Horto. Today (11/08/24) I was there to make a purchase. I arrived 3 minutes before the store opened. There was an employee at the gate. I politely asked if I could at least park my car in the store's outdoor space, since my car was on the sidewalk and was getting in the way of pedestrians and cars. Since the street is very busy, the inconvenience was so great in just 3 minutes. The employee informed me that I could only open during that time. In short, Horto has no appreciation for its customers. I won't be back, and the plants no longer have the same care and quality as they did when they opened. I don't plan on going back.

Excellent! The atmosphere is super nice, easy to park, friendly staff and they even have a variety of plants and pots to choose from!

Great prices and a decent selection. I would suggest they provide more options for small and medium pots, as well as colors (they didn't have any white ones).
