This is a very authentic high class pousada. Food is as good as it gets from a french chef and everything is very nicely decorated. Service is top knotch. Would strongly advise to go there for relaxation and kite.

Absolutely fantastic Pousada, can totally recommend! You are completely immersed in the Brazilian nature with a beautiful garden and pool. The food is amazing and the kite spot only a stone's throw away. Paradise!

My girldriend and I have been traveling for kite surfing a lot but never been to Brazil. We hesitated between Jeri, Atins and Pontal, all well known Kite spots and we met a kite surfer in Marocco who had been 10 times in brazil this year and told us the Kite paradise was elsewhere in Parajuru, closer to Fortaleza and that the Castelo Vendom was the Place to go there. Everything was well above our expectations; First The Kite spot is just AMAZING; beautiful anf flat inside the lagoon, super easy for beginners, nice little waves outside in the sea for jumps, and the most beatiful was the secret spot, super flat at the juncture of sea, lagoon and the rio.||Delphine, the owner of the Castello and Philippe were super nice, front running all our requests. Delphine decorative subtility has given a new life to the castello, her cooking was healthy and delicious, Philippe kindness, kitesurfing passion and experience was a big plus, an finally they have super fast fiber internet connection in the middle of nowhere !||The only negative is that they only have 5 rooms and that they are always booked!||Thank you again Delphine and Philippe, We will be back soon.

We spent three weeks at Castelo Vendom and would definitely recommend it, especially if you are a Kitesurfing lover. It’s a little piece of paradise! The ecohotel is beautiful, rooms are nice and spacious, the swimming pool is fabulous and there is plenty of space to chill. The food is delicious and prepared every day fresh by your host, Delphine. A great place to stay in Parajuru.
