Bought an AT&T phone inside of this costco. The sales rep seemed to be very incompetent. The phone was lost during shipping via UPS and now they are unable to help and just gave me a number to call to resolve this issue. When I called that number I'm put on hold for over an hour before hanging up. Now I'm paying for a phone that I have not received and unable to speak to anybody due to the call hold time being over an hour long. I'll be canceling all my AT&T services and going to use another network.

Always crowded, standard Costco selection. The shoppers here are more polite and friendly than other locations. The lines are long but move really fast. Employees are helpful. Food court is fresh and good. Parking lot is standard Costco nightmare fuel. Park and walk a little and save the headache.

In general, I really save at Costco. This location is well staffed and supplied. Staff are very pleasant. When a clothing article is getting low inventory, it goes on sale at an exceptional price. The tasty food samples help us to realize if that item would be a good purchase. No one wants 2 jars of something the family won't want to consume. Parking is tight, so be willing to park on the fringes. Please don't hold up traffic as folks unload the purchases and return the cart.

Lack of store directory and no associate to find to get help is unacceptable. They keep moving items. When I asked if there is a store directory I was told by customer service no we want customers to hunt for products! Seriously? Like I have nothing better to do than go hunting at Costco!

Love Costco!!! Always fun finding new products. Best time to shop is 2:30 - 5:30. Store personnel are very helpful. Huge selection of products and services at good values - all the time
