What the actual hell. Truck pulled up to two blue bags on the curb. The guy dumped everything all over the driveway and ditch, and had the audacity to slap a "rejected" sticker on an empty bag!!!? (Edit) After I complained, they plain didn't pick up this month's blue bags. Drove right by. Called again and threatened to take them to court. Only that seems to have worked.

Another rejection sticker today. Might have to start Burning garbage. Today it was rejected as my Dog's poop bags (from Dollarama) and are called COMPOST BAGS, apparently are not certified Compost bags. So actual feces, go into black bin thats good to know. If dog****, in a compost bag, is not compostable, than what is? Great to see the 6000 in property taxes going to great use.

They haven't picked up our garbage on the actual collection day for the last 3 pick ups. In other instances their driver's have knocked our bins into the ditch and not picked up collection that day because they cannot go into the ditch. Lately we have been placing it on the opposite side of the road. This last instance no one even came to our street of nearly 20 homes to collect on the day of collection. I called them and their response was "well we don't see anything in our report, we might get back out there on on Thursday or Friday". Why do I need to call to get my garbage picked up? Why does anyone need to spend time on getting their garbage picked up?

Recyclables represent the largest part of our waste as most of the packaging is recyclables. This means that we should be getting a blue cart that is much larger than the black and the green cart or it should be picked up more frequently. Instead, we get no blue cart at all and have to use bags which get torn up by raccoons and blown miles away by the wind. Every Saturday I have to take my recyclables to a drop-off centre. On the other hand, the green compost cart gets collected every two weeks. We do our own composting and don’t need it. Even if we didn’t, I can’t imagine ever filling the cart with some food scraps and an occasional cereal box. To make long story short, no consideration is given to real customer needs.

Lazy no good company, that will cancel waste cart pickups for weeks... the milburn rd is full of trash because they refused to drive on the road.... THEY SUCK!!!! but being pei they have no competition so they don't care about trash building up on our island streets and roads...and fees are going up 15%. What for we hardly see a garbage truck in morell anymore!!!
