I received good service at the flower shop, but not at the coffee shop. Anyone who goes for a coffee in a garden wants an experience, and that wasn't it. The service was poor, the food was average, there was no background music, and the tables were dirty. I warned the attendant, who pretended not to understand, and I cleaned them myself. Ultimately, until businesses understand that customers don't buy products, they buy solutions, experiences, and feelings, they will close, unfortunately. It's a shame, because the place is beautiful, but I wouldn't go back.

It has a wide variety of well-maintained plants. The service is good, but they should let customers browse the plants in peace more often; they're too pushy. It's not a cheap garden, but it has good options. It has its own parking lot and an attached café.

Furthermore, the addition of the cozy café elevates the experience, offering delicious dishes, coffees, desserts, and fresh juices. It's the ideal place to stroll, relax, and enjoy all that nature has to offer while indulging in a comforting meal. Jatobá Garden is a charming haven for the senses. I was warmly welcomed from start to finish, perfect for the whole family. The staff is excellent, and I'm to be congratulated! Come and discover it and be enchanted!
