A real robbery because the MP doesn't come to investigate this company the most expensive garbage fee in Santa Catarina and terrible service the system keeps going down here loses a day of service they charge amounts that aren't even ours crap it's time for Procon to go there and see what's going on with this company they charge expensive amounts more than Balneário Camboriú and they have no structure at all mayor there is gaining some fact from this cake that loves parties 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I would like to thank the attendant, Vanessa, Ana Paula, and Lívia from the Barra Velha recycling center. I had some unexpected problems and they were taken care of and understood. I think most people only complain and give one star, but when it comes to good service and resolution, they don't come here to thank you. Thank you to the company, the employees, and the collectors for the service.

The service can't even be said to be rubbish because if it wasn't, I wouldn't be praising it. There are no words to describe how bad the service is. I've had rubbish in the bin for a week and I have images from the cameras and they don't even have the capacity to look at it. It's simply a horrible disregard.

Terrible! Decay! Disservice! Deplorable! Disrespectful to the residents of the city of Barra Velha. I had a summer house for 3 years and never received a charge for garbage fees, not even included in the water and energy charges. I sold the house in 2021 and in March 2025 they filed a collection action to charge the amounts of 3 years of garbage fees, WITH INTEREST... Unfortunately, I was forced to pay, pay interest on a charge that I never received. I made a settlement proposal to pay the amount without interest but they were completely rude and did not accept the proposal.
