The staff was friendly and they told me what bins I needed to use. The only negative they charge 20 dollars a mattress which is ridiculous

Somebody stole my recycling bins last week (they needed planters for their garden perhaps?). I called the Barrie Landfill Bluebox Recycling number at 10am yesterday and, by 2pm, they had DELIVERED the two boxes to my house! They person I talked to on the phone was extremely nice, polite and helpful. It may seem like a small thing but I want to thank them for their courteous, professional and, quite frankly, EFFICIENT service. Keep up the good work!

Want to bring a big shout to Ed from the bins sections. Had to encounter him on multiple occasions having issues with my bins and he always showed very nice service and always treats customers with huge empathy. In general, I cannot ever complain about the Landfill personnel as they always treat me very well (I’m always being nice to them too).

It’s clean mostly employees are pretty good. I definitely ran into that cop like Guy before. But I’m giving one star because it’s seems to me that 3:30 is Ridiculous because nobody gets off till closer to four 5 o’clock do you pretty much open for daytime people that don’t work. I just can’t wrap my head Around that. We overloaded garbage all over the place and people dumping and I’m sure this is got something to do with it Three. Most people can’t get there at that time. Please make the hours better you guys are hard-working you can tell by the cleanliness we just need better hours.

Great friendly staff. The place is supper clean and extremely organized. Staff was on had to direct us and even help us put things in the bin. One of the most cleanest facilities we ever seen. Kidos to every one who was working this morning-especially the gentleman who helped us with door at spot #5 as we unloaded glass you are amazing Sir 🥳
