We dropped off a lawnmower and some glass and the staff were really nice. We dropped off some things at donation and weren’t charged for anything else because of the wait time. Chris and Bianca were very helpful and compensated us by offering a free load.

It was an unusually long wait and the girl working at the gate could benefit from some customer service training, my partner and I are new to Brampton and his license does not have our new address(we have been here for literally two days) so we had to provide the the lease agreement to verify the Brampton address, she was rushing us to provide the proof due to the line. I have worked in customer service and can understand feeling pressure but patience and kindness goes a long way.
