Everytime I've come here, there's never any staff around and even if there are. They are the most unhelpful people. Had asked 3 times for help only to be told that they will call someone over. Stood there waiting for 30mins & no one ever came over to help. I've never had a good experience at this store. I absolutely avoid this store unless I'm too far from Palmerston

Three ladies at the Gardener Area or Department helped me to find the right pots, soil and helped me to plant my aloe vera. They were so helpful and with a positive attitude to helped with my request. Thanks muchly ❤❤❤❤

Your ultimate hardware store for you every need when clean up the yard, craft products kitchen renovation, gardening with plants of all varieties. this place is a must visit. oh and don't forget the coffee shop
