The jackass driver in truck number LT1624 was idling the whole time in the ferry terminal...no wonder this company has such a poor reputation

When I called to book an appointment, I had to call 4 times before anyone finally got back to me. When I booked the appointment, they requested a credit card number, assuring me I would not be billed using the credit card. A week after the work was done I recieved the receipt for the work being done, billed on my credit card.
I had a D box replaced for my septic. The two guys who came out to do the work did a great job and were very friendly. However, they left a pile of waste from digging up the old D box and excess soil behind for me to deal with.
When I tried to contest the final invoice and raise the concern that my credit card was billed without permission, I got nothing but excuces.
Ultimately, I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
