I am renting a tiny house and my first time living with a compost toilet. It has a great fan attached, so I don't smell any and I feel so comfortable using it.
Recently, I had to replace an adapter and the fan due to age. I contacted them and their customer service was so helpful and kind, so I was able to replace them by myself with their support :)

I Bought a house with a GL 90 fitted, the previous owner had not fit the toilet properly. The fabulous staff at Green Loo have helped me learn all about the toilet and how to fix the previous owners mistakes of install. They have been extremely helpful and super quick to reply by email. They are now offering me new stainless fittings under warranty as mine are the old style. I never expected to get new fittings and have been pleasantly surprised by their level of care and prompt replies. I would recommend to anyone looking for a easy to install and use, smell free off grid composting toilet system.
