Excellent Customer Service I’m very happy with Waist Management the driver, the service the billing department And they always email every customer for the day and time holidays pick up. I’m very happy God bless Waist Management.

Waste Management has always provided consistent excellent service. They handle issues and questions fast, and the drivers even once came back around to empty up my bins when I missed my pick up time. I love that we have weekly pick up now and that yard waste is picked up now, too.

From Last 2 weeks continuously my Garbage can are not picked up correctly. They still have 50% of Garbage in Them. I have sent email but not action from customer care side. Very very very poor service They dont hear customer voice....
