I have been a long time customer of the CTS and I am appalled of the rapid increase in prices over the recent times. And to find out it’s only going to get worse in the coming weeks/months. I do not condone the behaviour, of people dumping things on the side of the road or of the likes but, unless things change this will be the case for everyone because they will not be able to afford the fees. This will also result in people that are in this industry out of jobs and I’ve been told face to face this is a real worry within the workers.. if this doesn’t get seriously addressed, there will be an uproar.

I am a Coldstream local. Today I had a gardener drop off some household rubbish from decluttering in a trailer. I phoned beforehand and spoke to Ebony. She was so friendly and helpful. She explained about disposing of the stove and scrap metal and also how the recycling works. How refreshing she is a credit to the refuse station.

Coldstream waste station, waste of money!! $134 for a Ute full (well not even full) of fence palings is insane. Same load taken to Eastern waste station sets you back $90. Do yourself a favour, shop around and stay away from this money grabbing company !! One positive, and the only thing decent with this place, are the yard staff. They're more than happy to help unload. Anyway, definitely not going back
