Be careful. I bought a compost bin on PIX on November 21st, which was supposed to be delivered within 8 business days. I didn't receive the product. I asked for a refund and nothing. I contacted them by email and WhatsApp. First, I got a reply saying the person was traveling and would handle my case with care. Then they started ignoring me. The seller views my messages and doesn't respond. After this review, the next step will be PROCON and Reclame Aqui.

I paid in cash via Pix on the website, but I didn't receive the purchase. They replied saying they were waiting for the worms to reproduce. What do you mean? So they sell, set a deadline for delivery, we pay for shipping, which isn't cheap, and they don't have the product? Do I have to wait for the worms to reproduce? If only they had talked to me properly, but no. They left me talking to myself on WhatsApp. They called me during business hours and I couldn't answer. They could have resolved the issue via text message. I called them twice later and they didn't answer. I also looked on social media. I sent an email. Nothing. They don't want to refund the amount. I simply paid, but I didn't receive it. What do you call that? Editing a reply: I have the screenshots of our “conversations” in which I was the only one talking and I was left hanging. You called me after a lot of effort and a lot of complaining and finally explained yourself. I understood your explanation and waited for the deposit of the amount. You didn't do it. The next day I charged again via WhatsApp and you left me hanging again. I told you I was going to file a police report and then the deposit was made. I would have preferred to talk to you on WhatsApp because you could have done what you are doing now and said you were shocked by my comment. As if I hadn't already shown my dissatisfaction on WhatsApp. As if I hadn't already sent an email, since the website and the payment app don't give you the option to cancel the order. I have all the attempts duly recorded. I understood that you were traveling and had difficulty communicating. Now you come here and respond to my post as if I had no trouble canceling and getting my money back? I made the purchase on the 11th with delivery scheduled for 5 to 6 business days. I requested the cancellation on the 21st, 10th 4 days after the deadline and your promise to send it was not fulfilled. Only today, the 28th, did I receive the email saying that the order was canceled. So I don't understand the shock you had. All you had to do was explain that there really was a problem with the delivery and difficulty in communication due to issues that were explained in the call. The money was refunded and the order duly canceled. “This is not our way of working, we have several satisfied customers as you can see in other comments and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will be available if you have any further questions. Thank you very much.

I was very worried about whether the worms would arrive safely, as I live in the interior of Pernambuco and the trip would be long, but they arrived very well, the compost bins came intact and perfect, the material is of quality, the bins have wheels, I didn't know, it was a good surprise, anyway, I'm very satisfied, I recommend the purchase, it's worth every penny.
