Very disappointed. Email responses from Kooda are non-existent as are the collections. A great concept, so a shame that the customer service is poor. Unfortunately came to the extent where I had to cancel my account because the buckets were not being collected and i was not receiving any response from the Kooda team.

I have tried to give this company a go for several months now. I have tried communicating with them over and over again, giving them a chance as I love the idea. But no replies, no communication. I really don't want to throw my food scraps in the bin but have no choice with the way this company is run. Even if you communicated saying you need more time etc instead of a bot on your messenger.

Complete non existent service. Have signed up, been charged for multiple weeks and still no bins actually collected. Never answer the phone, over a week with no collection with both bins full. Would love a service like this to exist in Perth as we've had to go back to throwing away food scraps as it seems this is a scam
