Very dissatisfied. Recently bought 3m3 of garden soil for our regen project. Chose this company for its supposed good environmental reputation.
Was delivered contaminated soil - full of tiny bits of mulched up household refuse, all manner of plastics and material. What's more, the soil has grown weeds we do not have on our property.
Contacted the company to bring this to their attention (mistakes happen) and try to find a solution, as the soil obviously can't be used for regen work.
Phoned and emailed several times but have had no return call or response from management at all despite confirming with receptionist that our emails and messages were received and forwarded to the company director.
Very disappointed and now stuck with 3m3 of contaminated soil we can't use and hundreds of dollars wasted.
