Everytime I go here staff are rude and send you to a different dump. No need to wonder why people dump rubbish all over the sides of the road. Absolute joke.

I live less than 5kms from the Logan Village Refuse station. I took some concrete fence stumps in my box trailer along with some green waste that I removed from my residence. I pulled up at Logan Village and a council worker with cigarette in hand was looking in the trailer. The lady behind the counter then said you can’t dump that here it’s more than one wheeelbarrow full of concrete you have to go to Browns Plains. So I drove over to Browns Plains and dumped it without a problem in an identical steel bin that was at Logan Village. What an absolute joke. I just had a normal box trailer it wasn’t commercial waste. Local residents should be able to dump a standard box trailer of rubbish at their local refuse site. After all this is why we pay our rates.

The rude reception when entering the tip without the right QR code, which is very difficult dealing with tip this year. when asked the staff for name was responded with “ do not have to give that”. So very rude
