Last month they broke it into the trash can because they didn't lift it into the bag, they threw it away today, 02/15, they didn't take the waste because they ran by, carrying the bags to pile them up on the corner. And since it had 3 bags, they didn't take it past the truck and stopped on the corner. National Parks neighborhood.
