The store is a sight to behold, beautiful, full of decoration options, gardening, and plants of all kinds. Visiting the plant section of the store is like therapy; you can spend hours there just admiring the beauty of each creation. However, the person who works in the loose flower section (I don't know the correct name for the section, but it's where the arrangements and bouquets are made), whose name is Lucinara or something similar, turns away customers. What a woman who has no desire to serve the public. Maybe she's an excellent professional for making arrangements, but she shouldn't serve people. Yesterday was the last time I decided to try to buy something in the section. It's frustrating to be filled with so many beautiful flowers and plants and then go up to someone and ask how much they'll pay and get the answer: I think it's that much? Do you think it's that much??? She works in the section and doesn't know??? She conveys an air of arrogance, unfriendliness, and disgust when it comes to serving people. I say this because before I was served by her on 3 different occasions (3 times in one section in different months), the service was the same. Luckily, today we can even buy small arrangements in certain supermarkets. One of the days I was served by this woman, I went to buy a simple arrangement for my daughter's birthday. It would be the first time I would give her flowers. She is still a child. In short: terrible service. I left so frustrated that I ended up not buying anything there or anywhere else, because I had to pick up my little one from school and didn't have time. I am a CLT employee and work 44 hours a week, so I have limited time to go to the store from Monday to Friday. I was at the store on a Thursday at 6:05 p.m. Imagine my frustration as a mother. Wanting to please my daughter and having failed due to the lack of a person who is not good at dealing with people. Thank goodness it doesn't just apply to the other employees. I have been served by other employees from other departments, who are very friendly and polite. There is a girl at the cash register, who is very friendly and attentive. I must emphasize again that the store is beautiful. The hours in there fly by and we don't even notice.

Great place, the store is very big, organized and has many options. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it!
