I want to understand what the criteria are for garbage collection. Do you do one-two-two? There are 2 days when they go to the collective garbage can in the condominium where I live and they don't take our waste.

I would like to know why the recycling collection truck passed by my street today 03/06 and threw my trash can inside the truck.

Garbage collectors often pass by and "select" the trash they need to take away and leave behind a lot of waste.
What also happens is that they often don't even open the trash can doors to take away the waste.

We had excellent service and our problem was resolved
