We came for the dig-your-own compost. Helpful staff at the entry, they showed us where to go and said not to worry about the supposed 3 cubic ft limit, and to come back if we need more. No waiting when we visited and there are several piles to park by and shovel from. The compost seems good, awesome that it's free! Some small wood chips are mixed into mostly dry composted dirt. My only grievance is the occasional piece of plastic/garbage but that's easy to pick out.
