The place is beautiful and the flowers are beautiful too. Some prices are better than other places, others are worse. But what makes the store terrible is the cashier. The day I went there, I went to check it out and took the opportunity to pick up some plants. I was in a bit of a hurry and went to the cashier. I waited in line and when I got there I would have to go through a salesperson first. I left my purchases in the cart and left. What's the point of the cashier then? Besides, when you leave, there's someone at the door to check your purchases, which is humiliating. And at no point are you notified, only when you get to the cashier. What was supposed to be a good experience turned terrible.

The difference between the transplants at EPTG and Taguatinga is huge! I prefer the Taguatinga unit and do you want to know why? It's simple: the service is impeccable. The employees look you in the face, really help you and make your dreams come true! VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE EPTG, where the employees there look at you with disgust and contempt... anyway, size doesn't matter! The one in Taguatinga is smaller but the staff is wonderful, kind and super respectful! The EPTG unit is huge but the service is inferior...
