Absolutely hopeless. I had organised a green disposal bin a month earlier, and this was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice with no good reason- they had an issue with the booking address, which was correct when I booked it through the local council website. The Cleanaway staff who phoned me (and then put me on hold!) were unable to provide good answers, and left me with no suitable alternative after arranging my schedule for the bin delivery some weeks in advance. I spoke with Raelene who stated "we are a very big company" but was unable to provide any clarity on why the bin could not be delivered. Terrible phone manner and awful response to a booked service.
