Absolutely disgusting how Hannah treats customers, she thinks she is above anyone.

Once again the Creations Team have been epic!! They were happy take back excess stone and swap over for top notch soil!! The team behind the counter took time and care advising on type of soils, efficiently organised delivery and the triple checked quantities to help me get everything right. Well done Creation Ladies!! Great service, fantastic value and i don't know who these days would be so helpful in swapping excess materials over. Above and beyond once again!

Young woman serving us was rude and unhelpful when we were attempting to choose more plants. We have purchased from there many times in the past, but the clear message was don't come here and waste our time, unless your are buying a truck load of stuff.

Further to the response from management, it would seem that there is a commitment to good service, so we are glad to know this. Perhaps circumstances and miscommunication may have resulted in our unhappy visit. So, we will try again next time we have a need for plants or supplies and hopefully will have a better experience.
