Currently I'm annoyed because for a hard rubbish collection I've been told that I have to take my items up to the T junction rather than out front of my property. Yes I live in a narrow street. But never before have I had to drag stuff up to the corner where those residents will be pissed. I'm over 60y with tendonitis, osteoporosis, the items I'm putting out are heavy and I don't own a sack truck. East Waste employs strong men and I'm wondering why my rates are increasing. My yellow bin went missing and my red bin is taken and regularly and inconveniently left down the end of the street. Wondering if there is new [or no] management.

Your truck drivers are extremely dangerous constantly failing to give way as they turn on too hanson rd i had truck no.104 pullout on me on the 30/8/24

I booked in a hard rubbish collection 3 weeks ago on the website. The day arrived and no one picked up. People were driving by, pulling things out leaving a mess everywhere. I called east waste and they had no solution other than to rebook for another 3 weeks. We pay big bucks in rates for this??? TERRIBLE!!!

Our second Green bin was not emptied. Rang East Waste and spoke to an extremely pleasant lady who immediately arranged for bin to be emptied. Although costly for second Green bin it is a great service.

Didn't empty the green bin for a month. I rang them and they said it was too heavy. I told them it was half full. They sent a truck the next day and lifted the green bin in no problems and took it away never to return again lol. The receptionist was racist when I said what's wrong with telling someone the bins to full in English and she automatically equated that other cultures can't speak english. I'd add a photo but they stole the green bin 😆
