These guys have no respect for their customers.

Some of the drivers come up with false excuses as to why they don’t collect bins, leaving small business & the environment in a mess. Velolia are that arrogant, they simply do not care.

I suggest any small business looking for a waste management supplier to stay away from this company and find other company’s that value their customers business.

Someone working here illegally speeds and tailgates other cars while smoking in their company car down frankston Dandenong road. License plate 1US8SH the number on the car was 31711. Shows what kind of people they employ.

Today Tuesday 7/5/24 in the morning around 8.15 am I had a horrific experience of one of the driver's driving a big waste collection truck on Stud Road in Wantirna South . The driver was driving the massive truck very dangerously kept on changing lanes all the way till Bayswater Road and was on high speed probably doing 95 kms on a 80 kms speed limit road. He was about to hit my car as he was veering out of his lane , so save my self I had to beep the horn that saved the collision. But the driver without realising it was his fault and i was merely making him aware by beeping he was so rude started yelling from his door and showing middle finger !! The car rego is I am sure given the time and exact location the company can locate the driver and have serious discussions he is a very risky driver please stop him before someone from community gets harmed or has serious accident. Rego number is 1ML9QV time was 8.15 am on Stud road Wantirna south till Bayswater Road please reply your action plan at the earliest thank you Tushar

Picked up bin on new build at 4.56am last week in a residential area. Against the local laws ! Woke the whole household up as it was so noisy to say the least !! It's all on camera. This is not an industrial estate.
