Tecnologias Ambientales Park

The Environmental Technologies Park is a fundamental link in the chain of the circular economy, fulfilling a triple impact: • In the social sphere, including the most vulnerable, generating sources of work, accompanying its workers at different educational levels and encouraging them to complete studies, in addition to developing permanent training. • In the economic sphere, valorizing waste into recyclable materials, reincorporating them into the market, turning garbage into a resource. • In environmental matters, recovering inorganic material, reinserting organic material into the earth and reducing greenhouse gas pollution, in order to take care of our common home.

I visited the place and was able to observe all the work that is done for correct solid waste management in San Juan. From the entry of trucks into the park, the separation of recyclable materials, their compaction, the disposal of organic waste for compost, the landfill and more. Very happy that it is applied in the province and in this way take care of the environment.

Located at the foot of the hill, in Rivadavia. In the month of August, with the contribution of recyclables, they provided compost. Order and good attention.

The place is a paradise, a mandatory place to visit for everyone from San Juan, and an essential stop for any tourist. An ornithologist would be fascinated by the proximity of the condors, ivines, eagles, among other majestic specimens. And all the staff, from the moment you enter until the moment you leave, have a brotherly treatment, they make you feel like you are with family.

Today we went to the recycling plant, for the eco-canje, impressive work!!! We brought glass and plastics and they gave us bags of compost that is made with the organic waste in the plant
