The municipal government does little to improve conditions for vendors and customers. There is parking inside but when it fills up you can park outside. Butcher shops also have affordable prices.

You can find the best fruits and vegetables there and the price is unbeatable. You have to try the churros, excellent!! The only negative thing I find is the infrastructure, there should be toilets and the place should be in better condition in general.
