They scheduled maintenance for my irrigation system for today, Tuesday, any business hours, saying they couldn't schedule an appointment. I was left waiting at home all day because of this. They didn't show up and didn't give the slightest explanation. Total lack of respect for the customer.

They scheduled the visit for Tuesday and cancelled it at the last minute. They rescheduled it for Wednesday and didn't show up or even give an explanation. Lack of respect and professionalism!
