I really didn't like it although the service was cordial. They have no trees to deliver. We called a staff from that area why should I remove a blackberry tree which is raising my sidewalk. And the branches fall inside my garage... We planted it more than 15 years ago every year. We can do it and we call so that the municipality can take the branches because green spaces couldn't even do it.
