It's a shame that the staff aren't very helpful and that the place is very disorganized. There's a line to take photos, but anyone can get in your way and ruin your photo. But it's beautiful (and expensive).

I wanted to sign up for a course, but obtaining information is nearly impossible. The WhatsApp contact number, the only method for customer support, goes unanswered. I must interact with a chatbot multiple times before being directed to a representative who either does not respond at all or takes hours to reply to my initial message. When I finally received a response, it did not address my question. When I sought further clarification just one minute later, the attendant had already closed the chat, forcing me to re-engage with the chatbot to speak with another person, who again took hours to reply or did not respond at all. I have gone through this exact situation ten (yes ten!) times now and have been trying every day for over a week to get information. The school and administrative office need significant improvement in their service or risk losing interested students due to this poor experience.

It is a beautiful park to visit, it has many natural spaces worth seeing, the restaurant is very good. It is a place to take beautiful photos and spend a good time getting to know different spaces.

When we arrived we weren’t able to buy a ticket because you could only buy tickets online there was no wifi. Waste of time. Staff were very unhelpful.
