Will NEVER spend a cent at this place again…. Was so rude (always have been) and spoken down to me… falsely labeled their plants which I bought 18 of…. turned out to be wrong variety!!! Refused to refund or offer store credit… even less than 24hrs and were STILL in the boxes I brought them home in! Lied about their website photo of the plant variety which was actually from a another company’s web site, yelled at me to get off his property or he would physically remove me when I said I would never shop there again! TERRIBLE behaviour and ZERO customer service. Will NEVER recommend to anyone!

I have not “conveniently” left out ANY number of facts, actually.
Firstly, the young team member was polite enough, however kindly asking to speak to a manager is NOT rude or abusive, so I suggest that maybe you need to look these meanings up in the dictionary. The staff member even suggested it wasn’t worth speaking to the manager and negotiation was futile. Shows treatment towards your own staff.
Secondly, the plants I purchased were NOT what you claimed they were either on your website or labelled within your nursery.... and to add insult... they were covered in aphids, which I have had to pay extra to treat with sprays!!!!! This is not an inconvenience, rather I believe your business should be investigated and quarantined. Having YOURSELF threaten me with Physical contact IS however abusive, so I suggest you get your facts straight instead of denying you were infact in the WRONG! And even when you did so, I barely even raised my voice only to be heard over YOUR yelling; to confirm I would indeed NEVER return to your property again quite happily. I wouldn’t buy infected and incorrectly labelled plants from someone intentionally.
Thirdly, to quote- “our website is not incorrect (and yes we have borrowed photos - very common practice). You did not have your facts straight and insisted to our qualified horticulturists that we were ‘lying’.” - YOU YOURSELF said to my face that YOU had taken the photo of the plant YOURSELF and knew exactly what it was. I suggested YOU were incorrect, not your staff, which as per your own quote above you completely ADMIT you lied!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apology from you NOT accepted!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your response to my review only goes to prove what kind of owner/manager/human you truly are. I, on the other hand, DO NOT abuse anybody.
I would like to kindly decline your offer of a phone conversation as I will not place myself in a situation to be further abused, and as you were unwilling to negotiate even for store credit, when you were clearly wrong.

Wish this was my first stop while plant shopping. A great range of plants at good sizes and good prices. Well laid out and good to browse. I’ll be returning.
