I purchased $450 worth of large outdoor pots from Westlake Nursery 2 years ago, and recently noticed that all three of them have extensively cracked all over. It's clear that the pots were either not cured correctly or lacking adequate reinforcement. For the price, these pots should have lasted a lot longer than this. I have never had this happen with any other pots before.
Since noticing the issue, I have reached out to Westlake Nursery via email on three separate occasions over a couple of months and have been completely ignored. I have not received a single response from them.
I would not recommend shopping here if you want any form of customer service post purchase. I have bought many healthy plants from here in the past, but now would not recommend buying pots from them.

Amazing nursery with plenty of healthy plants to choose from. Just reach out to OZ and he will give you free advice on seasonal plants and what good looks on your front yard. Very reasonable price as compared to others. Bought in bulk and got discount with free home delivery. Highly recommended 7 x ⭐️

Great bunch of guys here at Westlake nursery, they are knowledgeable and had exactly what I was after in stock and for a great price. 100% recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic place to get plants very knowledgeable and easy going. They will help you out if they can and cut deals if you are bulk purchasing.
