Terrible experience!! The lady who served me ruined the rest of my day. She treated me with distrust, swept the floor and my foot, lol, questioned me, asked me to move away from where I was standing, when I touched the strawberry she got angry and said she wasn't going to accept it, rushing me the whole time, anyway...
At no time was I treated like a customer. And I remember that when I asked about the strawberries she immediately said that they were running out and then they brought more and could be sold.
Don't despise those who buy too much or too little, the world goes around...

I expected better service, but the service was zero. The person could have received training on how to deal with the public, and was rude.

Now I know why the product is of such high quality. I visited Novo Morango's warehouse and storage area, a well-executed investment: clean, refrigerated, and very well organized. This reflects the quality of the product. I recommend it!
