The San Telmo Sunday Fair in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a popular attraction offering a mix of handicrafts, antiques, street food, and souvenirs.
Expect crowds and cobblestone streets. While some reviewers note a shift towards a more "family-friendly" atmosphere, it remains a vibrant place to experience local culture.
With street musicians, tango performances, and unique finds, the fair has something for everyone. Cash is recommended, as not all vendors may accept other forms of payment, making it a place to enjoy local culture.

Very nice to visit the area, and the market has some interesting stalls but like any popular market there’s a lot of tourist traps too so beware of that.

Unfortunately not the same as 10 years ago. Very „clean up“ and „family friendly“ now. But still a good fair, specially the last part (antiquity fair)

We spent several hours strolling through the streets of the San Telmo Fair. Watch your steps and wear comfortable shoes, as 95% of the market streets are cobblestones. Great mix of local artists and products; from original artwork to custom jewelry and attire. There's also street food vendors. Heads up... most of the vendors here are cash only.

San Telmo Sunday Fair is a unique must-see market in BA, with things and people from all over the world. My favorites are in the attached pictures (first and last the most).
