Rapid Creek Markets is a popular Darwin market with a multicultural atmosphere. It features fresh produce, local vendors, and food stalls with Asian, Vietnamese, and organic options.

Reviewers love the paw paw salad and coffee. Open on Saturdays and Sundays until 2 PM, it’s known for its cultural food value.

Some find the prices high, shade lacking and some vendors deceptive.

It is a local business complex with no tourist attractions. But it changes into a local fresh produce market selling Asian veggies on Saturday and Sunday, till 2:00pm. There are some Asian food stalls in it as well.

This store is located in the middle. At first, I walked by and saw that it was selling at 1kg/2.5, which seemed quite cheap, so I bought a few. Then, I went to check out other stores and came back out within 5 minutes, only to find that the price had dropped to 1kg/2. Although 2.5 was already cheap, I felt deceived. I asked them why they did this since I had just bought some less than 5 minutes ago. They simply replied that the price had dropped and then started playing dumb, ignoring me. I bought quite a lot, and the price difference was over 10 dollars. Although it’s not a lot of money, I still feel cheated.
