Beira Mar is a must see and experience when in Fortaleza. The beach boardwalk is filled with things to see and try. They have workout stations, a bike trail, bike rentals, scooter rentals, soccer fields, tennis courts, skatepark, skate rentals, they have many restaurants and tents for you to eat anything from a plate of food to pizza and hamburgers. They have booths selling clothes, artisan crafts and artisan foods. You can spend the day at the beach and wait for the sunset and experiece the nighttime where there are many things to do. It's filled with people everyday of the week, mostly at the afternoon and night. Hotels and restaurants lineup the boardwalk and there are many rock bridges to sit at and watch the skyline. I love skating here and then grabbing a coconut water, pizza and ice cream from 50 flavors.
