The Municipal Market October 12 in Jujuy, Argentina, earns a 3.8-star rating.
It functions more as a cultural center than a traditional market.
It offers activities like film screenings, theater, weaving, carpentry, and dance.
Some reviewers wish it had more variety as a market, while others appreciate the artistic courses and family-friendly environment.
Noise is sometimes an issue for neighbors.

A total hustle and bustle during Zumba classes, it became a place for plays, recitals, parties, dancing without being properly acoustically isolated, it almost does not function as a market, and it is located in a very urbanized area where many elderly people live and many sick people. Lack of respect for neighbors due to noise from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., neither on Sundays nor Saturdays do we have silence, much less peace.

I don't understand why it doesn't work as a market, it would be very good for us.
