It is assumed that at a fair the prices are cheaper; In this case it is the other way around; the "settlers" sell you everything at a higher price than the neighborhood grocery store. There is no control.

It's not worth it because the prices are the same as at a local greengrocer. And the tomatoes and bell peppers all look like they were in cold storage, and when you buy a product, it doesn't last in the refrigerator.
