Old time Farmer’s Market. Lots of aisles, many booths. It’s the way hard working people make money to put food in their table in Puerto Rico. And everyone goes out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for.

Update 2023 May. Went with my mother to please her...after being in the hospital for days. She wanted to go out and to her favorite place....so We went 💕 Rio Piedras I use to go with my mom when I was a kid. Half of the shopping area is close off. Other half is open and full of shops still going strong. Just today we went and it was pack. The town have parking and good bargains. Make sure you go comfortably dress and with sneakers. Lots of walking.

Wonderful place for nicely priced fruits and vegetables of PR. Some clothing stores along the same block. Been to it a couple times and never changes. A couple blocks away from it is a beautiful block of murals and sculptures.
